We called Harbor Air first thing and Alex came out, got it running again, and walked us through our options with no pressure or obligations. They quoted us a very competitive rate for a new system and installed it the following week. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and even followed up the evening after the new install to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Called after hours and they had two guys at our house 8:30 the next day! They were very knowledgeable about our thermostat issue and were very professional. I highly recommend harbor air!

I had my air stop working and I called this company and they were able to come out within about an hour. It was an easy fix and now I have AC again! The tech, Wade, was very nice and courteous and explained what the issue was. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone!

I am so grateful for Kendall! I had another company try to charge me 3 times more. Kendall gave me a great price. Very kind and professional. Harbor ac doesn’t service my area normally yet he sent someone out within 3 hours. Mike came in no pressure sales and explained in detail what my issue was. I felt confident he was giving honest information, not just trying to make a buck. Installers were very professional. And they were on time! I am so blessed that I found Harbor ac and Kendall. The owner came out last minute to clear out blockage in unit. He was great, very welcoming and respectful individual.Very professional. Highly recommended. We had another blockage and Matt was sent. He was timely and quick to figure out the problem! Will be using them from here on out! Give them a call if you need something done !
